Yukta Mookhey was supposed to play a sex worker alongside Manisha Koirala and leggy Shweta Menon in director Prakash Shaw's film ‘Market'. However, an untimely physical injury has forced Yukta out of the project.

Yukta, a former Miss World, is said to have been injured a few days back. The injury turned out to be a fracture and Yukta had to get a plaster. Yukta's injury put director Prakash Shaw in a fix, as it meant no shooting for her for at least three months. And as Shaw had already procured dates from other actresses he could not postpone shooting. The only way out was to drop Yukta from the project.

Shaw and Yukta are understood to have sorted it out amicably. Yukta understood Shaw's position and politely excused herself from the film. Shaw is learnt to have approached sultry Suman Ranganathan to replace Yukta in the film.
